Job Purpose and Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our team, providing strong proactive communication support, and creating a professional atmosphere that improves efficiency. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, where priorities and demands may change frequently. Key Responsibilities Organize, schedule, and prepare documents for meetings and events Manage and maintain department resources Identify opportunities to improve business policies and processes Provide strong proactive communication support to senior leadership team Think critically and communicate effectively to resolve issues and seek clarification from colleagues and supervisors as needed Essential Qualifications and Functions The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and functions: 2+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments 2+ years of applying critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrating a detail-oriented workstyle 2+ years of applying excellent written and verbal communication skills 2+ years of experience with prioritizing and managing multiple tasks on a regular basis with a high level of detail 2+ years of experience with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as some special proprietary applications 3+ months of exposure to driving solutions to challenging customer or internal situations autonomously and understanding when to raise risk and inform relevant stakeholders 2+ years of being a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision Demonstrated clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) with large audiences (e.g., departments, leaders) Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will also have the following preferred qualifications: 3+ years of experience executing and processing invoices, or related administrative/clerical work 3+ years of demonstrated experience with cross-team collaboration or external business partners and clients 3+ years of experience of baseline reporting using PowerPoint or similar design and development tools 1+ years of experience working with WFM industry standard software (Verint, IEX, etc.) Exposure to analyzing KPI trends and results, & dissemination designed for executive level leadership (VP & above) Exposure to project management processes and/or software Prior call center or customer service experience Exposure to PowerBI Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At CVS Health, we believe that our employees are the key to achieving our mission, and we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
