Identify opportunities for process improvement within the area, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes. Manage job postings on various job portals, evaluating candidates who apply and ensuring that our recruitment efforts are targeted and successful. Analyze professional profiles on job portals for our open searches, leveraging your attention to detail to find the best candidates for our clients.
