About the Role: Outbound Customer Service Representative We're seeking an exceptional Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers over the phone to verify and update demographic information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Address a variety of customer inquiries promptly and effectively, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Familiarity with medical and claim terminology, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
