Job Overview In this critical role, you will utilize your exceptional customer service, marketing, and sales skills to support dealership operations and increase revenue. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience, addressing customer inquiries, and building strong relationships between customers and dealerships. A typical day will include answering product questions, discussing financial concerns, scheduling appointments, and responding to customer complaints while taking ownership of each situation and offering personalized, value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Represent blithequark's dealership clients across national and global markets via web chat, email, and various digital communication mediums Convert in-market vehicle sales and services customers to dealership leads, while meeting department KPIs and goals Serve as an expert in the product line, promotions, and dealership operations, providing consultative assistance to customers throughout their vehicle purchase process Utilize web chat software to provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Continuously aim to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer and enhance their buying experience Act as a goodwill ambassador for blithequark, providing courteous treatment to all customers and promoting a positive brand image Provide exceptional service to all internal and external customers, including dealerships, team members, and clients Promote sales and lead captures for blithequark's clients by accurately and enthusiastically responding to consumer questions about products, features, benefits, incentives, and promotions Effectively build rapport with customers, dealers, and team members, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth Participate in required training to maintain technical knowledge and skills necessary to perform the job above the standard required Effectively and accurately document customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Efficiently manage concurrent activities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of customer service, marketing, and sales skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
