You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you'll be required to work a 3rd shift schedule, from 11 pm to 7 am. **Key Responsibilities** As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your duties and responsibilities will include: * Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts * Using basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions * Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively to communicate with customers * Maintaining a professional demeanor and providing exceptional customer service * Following written and/or verbal instructions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures * Processing card payments accurately and efficiently * Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems * Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan * Following up with customers to clarify important points and finalize loan details * Remaining up-to-date regarding lending and other financial services * Creating and renewing records to ensure accurate and efficient customer data management * Identifying customer needs and exploring all options available to customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing company needs * Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously * Meeting monthly individual goals as set by management **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers * Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations * Proficient use of technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems * Minimum of a high school diploma or GED **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage **Technical Skills** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following technical skills: * Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage * Familiarity with multiple software systems and applications **Working Conditions and Physical Demands** As a remote employee, you'll be required to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you'll need to be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly.
