As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity that requires a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. **Key Responsibilities** As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key functions: * **File Disputes**: You'll work with customers to file disputes for suspected fraud on their accounts, ensuring that their debit cards are shut down for safety. * **Express Empathy**: You'll maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls, understanding that potential bank account fraud can be a scary and serious issue for customers. * **Off-Hours Availability**: You'll work 100% nights, 100% weekends, and 100% holidays, providing exceptional customer service to our clients during these critical times. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) to be considered for this role. * **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply. * **Background Check**: A background check will be required for this position. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: You'll need excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve their complaints. * **WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection**: You'll need a WIRED high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no WiFi). * **Smartphone**: You'll need an Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) smartphone. * **Problem-Solving Ability**: You'll need to be able to problem-solve and think critically to resolve customer complaints. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * **Associates Degree**: An associates degree is preferred, but not required. * **Customer Service Experience**: You'll need at least 3 years of customer service experience to be considered for this role. * **PC or Laptop Experience**: You'll need at least 3 years of experience using a PC or laptop to be considered for this role. **Training and Onboarding** Training is scheduled to start on March 15th, 2024.
