Key Responsibilities Provide accurate, timely, and effective customer support to customers, members, clients, suppliers, and internal and external business partners via phone, email, or online platforms. Respond to customer inquiries, ranging from simple to sophisticated, and provide personalized solutions to promote goal achievement. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of plans, products, services, prescriptions, and procedures, as well as internet knowledge, e-commerce, and online shopping. Process and collect payments, verify eligibility, and provide order status updates, shipment status, and availability of stock. Complete all required correspondence, forms, and documents accurately and efficiently. Investigate, address concerns and/or complaints, and choose the best course of action to resolve issues and offer support for problems that may not have a standard solution. Determine consumer trends and share them with relevant leaders, divisions, and business partners, providing recommendations for necessary adjustments, modifications, or fixes. Uphold support level and customer service standards applicable to your line of business, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industry, addressing moderate to complex customer requests. Willingness to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements. Demonstrated familiarity with the internet and basic browser settings, as well as proficiency in using multiple software applications simultaneously. Practical experience with the Microsoft Office suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle incoming calls and requests, and maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to make decisions and implement customer/call handling principles with discretion and judgment. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages. Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to maintain productivity and focus in a self-directed setting. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools and technologies.
