Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to ensure that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred; typing accuracy and speed are essential for success in this role. Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; familiarity with chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; gaming experience can be helpful in developing these skills. Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM software and chat platforms; familiarity with automotive and recreational vehicle industry terminology and concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
