Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to ensure that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Multitask effectively, handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to considering candidates from various backgrounds. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred; typing accuracy and speed are essential for success in this role. Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; if you're proficient in using technology and navigating online platforms, you'll excel in this position. Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change; a quick-paced work environment requires flexibility and a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you'll be representing blithequark and our dealer clients online, so clear and effective communication is crucial. Preferred Qualifications: Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other technology platforms used in the automotive industry.
