About the Role This part-time Customer Support Representative position is an exciting opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing technical support and exceptional customer service to our valued customers. As the face of blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and we are looking for someone who can deliver a world-class experience every time. The schedule for this role is Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am-2:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:30 am-6:30 pm, totaling 28 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie, Self-Washing Cat Box, via phone, email, and other communication channels Diagnose issues and guide customers through steps to resolution, utilizing your troubleshooting skills and knowledge of our products Assist customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner Work efficiently from your home office, utilizing your secure, password-protected WIFI and adequate computer setup Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and continuously improve our customer service experience Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills, as well as phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice Enter data with speed and accuracy, navigating different software systems and tools Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support or product troubleshooting role 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills, as well as phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks Positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow Reliable internet connection, secure password-protected WIFI, and a dedicated home office setup Separate childcare arrangements for babies and/or toddlers, to ensure a distraction-free work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with customers in a remote or home-based setting Familiarity with pet care products, particularly cat-related products, and a passion for animals Experience with data entry, software navigation, and technical troubleshooting Certifications or training in customer service, technical support, or a related field Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
