About the Role: Customer Care Agent (Part-Time) In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, handling a range of queries, and providing vital feedback to our teams. As a customer advocate, you will review customers from a 360-degree perspective, using our services to go the extra mile and make their experience unforgettable. Your proactive approach, combined with your ability to think outside the box, will enable you to resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Handling live chat queries from customers about a range of topics, including deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and safer gambling Highlighting trends in contact to senior executives and managers to support early identification of issues Using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and ensuring they receive the right support as early as possible Maintaining the safety and security of our site by adhering to our policies and procedures, with full training provided Understanding and listening to customer complaints, attempting to resolve them at the first point of contact or escalating correctly where necessary What We're Looking For in a Candidate: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our values and mission. The shifts are 8am to 12pm and 6pm to 10pm, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. This can be a fully remote job from the EMEA time zone, with the option to work from the comfort of your own home.
