As a Part Time Customer Care Associate at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing world-class service to our customers and supporting the sale and marketing of our supplier brands. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a 100% remote employee, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Process Incoming Orders: Respond to customers, enter orders accurately and efficiently in SAP, and ensure that sales are captured. Resolve Customer Inquiries: Use multiple customer support tools, conduct research in SAP, and contact business units as needed to resolve customer inquiries. Maintain World Class Standards: Perform against department scorecards and metrics, and continuously seek to exceed service requirements by building and managing relationships with customers and contacts. Establish and Maintain Customer Relations: Develop a rapport with customers, actively listen to gain more information, and provide consultative support and recommendations. Identify Opportunities to Increase Customer Retention: Evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, including conducting safe and responsible interactions with the public. Requirements Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic PC Skills: Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs. No Previous Experience Required: No previous experience is required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion is preferred. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and/or within a team. Sound Judgement and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience. Previous Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role. Industry Experience: Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry.
