About the Role As a part-time Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing timely and effective support. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, utilizing your analytical skills and knowledge of our systems and processes. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. As a part-time Customer Care Associate, you can expect: A competitive hourly rate of $17-$18 per hour, plus a monthly stipend of $50. Essential Qualifications: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10-key). Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution, with a strong customer-focused mindset. Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM, meeting our technical requirements for remote work. Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of package delivery and logistics, with an understanding of the importance of timely and accurate delivery. Experience with computer applications, such as CRM software, and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
