Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Customer Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional client service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, friendly, and professional. Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products or services that meet their financial goals and objectives. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, product knowledge, and excellent service. Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals, ensuring that every client interaction is a positive one. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. Handling client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe and secure work environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications). At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A four-year degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications). Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of the products and services offered by American Express. Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic).
