Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Customer Service & Admin Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Calling website owners to provide comprehensive training and support on logging into their websites, posting content, and utilizing various features. Guiding clients through the process of managing their websites, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assisting clients with posting content to their websites, including formatting, uploading, and optimizing for search engines. Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required, including updating client information, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients via phone and email. The ability to work independently from home, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity. Basic knowledge of website management is a plus, but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies is essential. Attention to detail and organizational skills for data entry and administrative tasks, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Reliable internet, phone, and computer equipment, with a quiet and dedicated workspace. Preferred Qualifications We would also like to see: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field. Familiarity with website management platforms, content management systems, and search engine optimization (SEO) principles. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. A strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
