Who We're Looking For A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a passion for providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. A self-motivated and flexible individual who can work independently in a remote setting, with a secured workspace and reliable high-speed internet access. Essential Qualifications 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and provide vaccination status, where legally permissible. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. High-speed internet access, meeting the required speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, must have an Ethernet connection). Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
