Who We're Looking For A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and blithequark. Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is able to work effectively in a remote setting, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time efficiently. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Essential Qualifications 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED. Able to successfully pass a criminal background check, with a commitment to upholding the values and integrity of blithequark. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences. High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms, with a reliable and secure connection. Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, with a quiet and distraction-free environment that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical systems. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
