Job Overview We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team in the USA. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism. Help customers with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions. Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of six months of experience in customer service. Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with high-speed internet access and a secured workspace that meets our technical requirements. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology. Previous experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
