Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism. Help upsell or cross-sell when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Who We're Looking For A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions. Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Essential Qualifications 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support. High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection). Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
