Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing A-list service to all clients, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, and your actions will have a direct impact on our brand reputation. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, welcoming clients, guiding and assisting them with the tagging and luggage registration process, and utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and guide and assist them with the tagging and luggage registration process. Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets. Manage the registration cycle, ensuring that clients have the legitimate documentation for travel. Label luggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to conveyor belts. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational cycles and methods. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be fluent in English and Spanish, and have basic computer skills. You will be required to work in open areas, understand and respond to various questions regarding travel information, and accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. This position requires standing for long periods, lifting bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal Basic computer skills Ability to work in open areas and respond to various questions regarding travel information Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of airline operations and travel regulations Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Skill and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
