Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. As a key member of our team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, perform data entry tasks, and work closely with colleagues to resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner. With a focus on flexibility and work-life balance, this part-time position offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 35 hours, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively and achieve your goals. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and text, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Notate each interaction with clients, add files to client portals, and prepare forms as required, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping. Help resolve client issues in a timely manner, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure top-notch customer service, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite (particularly Outlook), Adobe, and other PDF-related software. You will also need to demonstrate strong customer service experience, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. While tax experience is preferred, it is not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. As a new member of our team, you will receive one week of paid training, working four hours per day, Monday through Friday, at a rate of $15 per hour. Upon completion of training, your hourly rate will increase to $17 per hour, reflecting your value to our team and our investment in your success.
