Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary Explain contract details to customers and address any concerns they may have Manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts Engage in interactive and communicative interactions with management and co-workers, including camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management Key to Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred.
