Utilize a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access social media and website chat functions, with a reliable internet connection. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations. Contract Details This is a part-time, fully remote position with no fixed term contract. You will be expected to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your schedule.
