Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through live chat on various platforms, including websites and social media accounts. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing solutions to customers. Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure high-quality customer service. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer service processes. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge. Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives. A reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop). Availability to work at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. Knowledge of customer service software and systems, including chat platforms and CRM systems. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline.
