Order Processing and Returns : Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Collaboration and Communication : Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Record Keeping and Documentation : Maintain precise records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Customer Service Experience : Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. Basic Computer Proficiency : Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with relevant software and technology. Remote Work Experience : Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous Experience in Healthcare or Retail : Previous experience in healthcare or retail is preferred. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software : Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
