Job Overview As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be cross-trained to support multiple clients and resolve their customer service needs. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, following a guided process, and logging each interaction in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for gathering and verifying caller information, documenting it in the appropriate system, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple client accounts, providing timely and effective support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Follow a guided process to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions, and log each call in our CRM system. Gather and verify caller information, documenting it in the appropriate system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service, de-escalating situations and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Navigate multiple systems and software applications to access customer information, resolve issues, and complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise and ensure confidentiality. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Experience in a High Call Volume Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Ability to Deal with Upset Customers: Proven ability to de-escalate situations, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner. Exceptional Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions, verify information, and maintain confidentiality. Technical Abilities: Sufficient technical skills to install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment, and navigate multiple systems and software applications. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations, processes, and technologies. Previous Experience Working Remotely: Experience working from home or in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a distraction-free workspace. Basic Technical Support Experience: Experience providing technical support, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking technologies. Technical Requirements To perform this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Hardware and Software: Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chrome Book): A desktop computer with a recent generation Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 processor, or an AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 processor. 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred: A minimum of 8GB RAM, with 16GB preferred for optimal performance. Dual Monitor: A dual monitor setup to enhance productivity and efficiency. A high-quality USB headset: A high-quality USB headset for clear and concise communication. Hardwired Connection: A hardwired connection to ensure stability and reliability. Internet Requirements: Minimum Internet speeds of 20Mbps Download and 10Mbps upload: A stable and reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps. LESS than 20ms ping stability: A ping stability of less than 20ms to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness. No Spectrum: A non-Spectrum internet service provider to ensure compatibility and reliability. Pay and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive pay rate and a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth, including: Pay Rate: A pay rate of $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience and performance.
