Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. High level of empathy and customer-oriented mindset. Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional customer service training or certifications are a plus.
