Job Overview We are seeking friendly, action-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Insurance team as part-time Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will handle inbound customer calls, manage outbound follow-up calls, and provide support for customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in delivering exceptional service and meeting objectives. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding insurance products and services Manage outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues Provide basic policy information and transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required Perform other related duties as needed to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction Work Schedule and Requirements This is a part-time, remote work opportunity that requires up to 30 hours per week. You will be scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon. To be successful in this role, you must have: Excellent Internet connectivity with speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download A hard-wired Internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace A reliable computer and necessary equipment (which will be provided by arenaflex) Qualifications and Skills To be considered for this role, you should have: 2+ years of customer service experience, with call center experience being a plus High school diploma or GED High level of accuracy when completing tasks Proficient PC skills with typing speed of 30+ WPM Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the insurance industry or a related field Knowledge of customer service software and technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
