Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a professional and friendly manner Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure data-driven decision-making Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, showing empathy and a customer-first attitude to build strong relationships Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and drive business growth Identifying areas for improvement within the customer support process and making recommendations to enhance our services Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will need: Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor to build trust with customers Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to drive results Proficiency with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage customer interactions Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first attitude Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home and ensure seamless customer support Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed to meet business demands Essential Qualifications We require a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Customer service certifications or related training is an advantage but not required.
