You will be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries, issues, or concerns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries, issues, or concerns. * Handle both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying answers to questions that customers may have in every interaction. * Adopt a customer-centric approach to resolving each issue, either resolving it from start to finish or escalating it to a specialist or pharmacist if clinical advice is required. * Provide top-tier customer experience while working in a fast-paced environment. * Assist customers with responding to their protection and copays, as needed. * Provide specialized support while customers navigate pharmacy.amazon.com. * Serve customers promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them. * View every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with our customers. **Essential Capabilities:** * Must reside in the state of Arizona. * High school diploma or equivalent. * 6+ years of professional experience working with computers and online devices. * Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills. * Designed broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed. * Ability to change your schedule frequently (at least every 2 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice. * Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete focus to the customer during work hours. **Preferred Capabilities:** * 1+ years of relevant telephone or email customer service experience. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Experience working in a customer support or call center environment. * Experience working in the healthcare industry. * Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting standards for efficiency and quality. * Demonstrated ability to work as a team member. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you will be working in a remote environment, which means you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
