Key Responsibilities Offer friendly assistance to clients and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Work in a collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization Provide exceptional customer support to individuals seeking to use our services, handling their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Manage all aspects of customer interactions, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist on a case-by-case basis Handle transactions required to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner Manage upset clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within established guidelines Provide current and accurate information to clients and other airport visitors, answering general questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Complete forms and reports as required by the organization Write anomaly and complaint reports as necessary Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in using a computer keyboard, able to understand and follow instructions, and capable of learning and understanding our procedures, rules, and regulations.
