You'll work closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our soft drink dispensing equipment, providing expert technical support and guidance to ensure that our products are served at the perfect temperature. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink dispensing equipment, adhering to blithequark's quality standards and procedures. * Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring that our products are always served at the perfect temperature. * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs. * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork. **Essential Qualifications** * Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude and ability to repair machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services) * Previous experience in customer support or technical services * Knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems * Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Strong technical skills, including mechanical aptitude and ability to repair machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds and move equipment as needed **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
