About the Job We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a remote work opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour and a flexible schedule of 8 hours per day. Key Responsibilities Support the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking treatments across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and colleagues. Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquiring goals across products. Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to target and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics. Collaborate with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly. Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discourse, and monthly re-forecasting process. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative with a demonstrated ability to simultaneously obtain results under close deadlines and directly handle multiple tasks. Strong drive and problem-solving skills - finding a way around obstacles and challenges with an optimistic attitude. Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive results and foster strong partnerships/relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Key and creative problem solver with the ability to develop compelling strategies and drive effective execution. Willingness to think outside the box; innovation with the goal of creating insights, decisions, and opportunities for business success. Solid analytical ability with the experience to translate insights and ideas into recommendations.
