Key Responsibilities As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Ensuring all invoices are accurately backed up with purchase orders to maintain financial integrity and compliance. Coding and entering invoices into QuickBooks with precision and attention to detail, adhering to our financial protocols and procedures. Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date vendor files, both physically and digitally, to facilitate smooth communication and transaction processes. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external vendors, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations, including data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity within the data entry and financial administration functions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role, preferably in a similar industry or setting. Proficiency in QuickBooks and data entry software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
