About the Role We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator to join our Data & Evaluation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which is crucial for measuring the impact of our program on alumni careers. This is a non-exempt, part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week at $25 per hour for 9 months, with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities Data Integrity and Quality Control (50%) : Maintain data integrity through consistent monitoring and quality control, generate and clean extracts of Salesforce and other data, verify data using multiple methods, and accurately enter alumni employment outcomes data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data. Data Collection and Reporting (30%) : Support the administration of national post-program outcomes data collection, pull monthly reports on new alumni without employment verifications, and partner with the alumni team to verify and update salary data in Salesforce. Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%) : Collaborate with team members to optimize data collection and entry processes, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management. Who We Need To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in data entry and/or management, specifically using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Salesforce to input and monitor data. Excellent attention to detail, with a meticulous focus on the small elements of a task or project, ensuring accuracy and quality in every aspect of work. Strong workload management skills, with the ability to plan for and execute processes that involve a variety of stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant data management software, with Salesforce experience preferred. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above, you should possess: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently and comfortably engage in public speaking. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, evaluate options, and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and stakeholder management.
