**Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex**

As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of our ground team, working in the great outdoors to ensure our flights take off on time, our cargo is handled with care, and our passengers receive exceptional service. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for coordinating planes on the ground, handling cargo and baggage, and ensuring our ground operations run smoothly. If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and professional support to our customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved. * Work collaboratively with our Ground Operations team to ensure the smooth progress of our organization. * Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use cargo or baggage services by preparing aircraft for departure at ramps and terminals. * Load, unload, service, guide, and direct arenaflex aircraft. * Collect and record customer baggage, air cargo, mail, and company materials as required. * Handle all aspects of loading, storing, and unloading items, cargo, airmail, air cargo, weight, and company materials according to a predetermined schedule received either electronically or physically from a Task Specialist. Submit, either electronically or physically, a Freight Container Stacking Slip (CBLS) to a Task Specialist. * Collect, transport, and deliver cargo and baggage to and from aircraft and record these obligations. * Store, gauge, stack, retrieve, and convey air cargo, check air cargo handled against accompanying documents to identify any discrepancies or errors and rectify routine mistakes. * Protect customers' baggage, air cargo, air mail, and COMAT from weather, loss, theft, damage, or destruction. * Use jetway steps regularly to transport items checked at the door to the aircraft container. * Inspect cargo documents for accuracy and correct documents as required. * Perform interior aircraft cabin cleaning manually, including clearing upholstery, cleaning windows, galleys, and removal containers according to established procedures. * Clean and service lavatories, work restroom trucks, and dispose of contents according to established protocols. * May perform duties of a Provisioning Specialist, including loading aircraft interiors for flights with equipment and supplies like writing, removal, and reject containers and grocery items according to material procedures. Maintain a stock of such items and supplies. * Transport lodge and cleaning equipment between aircraft storage areas. * Operate and drive mechanical equipment, such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, pushback pulls, sack trucks, restroom trucks, and de-icers. * Physically move around push trucks and containers. * Work and drive between passenger terminals, overhangs, and airfreight offices, both inside and outside. * May be exposed to a wide range of weather conditions, streams, and equipment noises, exhaust, dust, and dirt for extended periods. * Complete forms and paperwork associated with work tasks according to established methods, and enter such data into the organization's data system as required. * Responsibilities may vary by size and association of station. * Provide friendly assistance to all colleagues and customers. Have routine contact with individuals outside the organization, such as delivery specialists, transporters, etc. * Should be able to meet any physical demands listed in this description. * May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs. **Essential and Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree * Ability to work with others as part of a team, and work under unpleasant circumstances. * Should be able to successfully complete the Ramp Agent training program with a 90% or higher average and an assessment period. * Ability to understand reports, follow procedures, learn and understand ramp tasks methods, rules, and guidelines. * Should be aware of hazardous situations and be able to handle crises as needed. * Should work under close time deadlines to achieve rapid turns of aircraft. * Should satisfy all training guidelines as outlined in the Ground Operations Representative Handbook and the Work Agreement. * Should be able to be aware of moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
