As a Part-Time Personal Assistant – Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing a range of general clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and organizational duties. You will have the flexibility to work from home, college, or any location, with a typical schedule of 3-6 hours per day. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly relational, aggressive, and able to take initiative, while also recognizing when to ask for guidance and direction. Key Responsibilities Operating assignments and managing schedules to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Scheduling and balancing appointments, as well as managing calendars and timelines Handling organizational duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping Engaging with special projects connected to the family, including paying bills and managing expenses Managing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent boundaries, be highly relational, and have the ability to take direction (both specific and using best judgment). You should be aggressive, yet know when to ask for guidance and when to take action. Additionally, you should be able to anticipate demands, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks while remaining organized.
