Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark passengers via phone, email, and chat. Assisting customers with inquiries, booking changes, and general travel-related questions. Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Navigating and utilizing blithequark's internal systems and databases. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
