Key Responsibilities: Providing Unparalleled Customer Support Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about flights, bookings, cancellations, and policies. Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Booking Assistance: Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and modifying flight itineraries, ensuring that all transactions are completed with the highest level of accuracy. Upselling Services: Promote and upsell additional services such as priority boarding, seat selection, and travel insurance to enhance the customer travel experience. Customer Feedback: Actively listen to customer feedback, document their concerns, and relay relevant information to management for service improvements. Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
