As a part of blithequark, you'll be part of a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the initial point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, facilitating patient healthcare needs and providing exceptional customer service. You'll navigate our electronic health record system to validate and capture clinical and financial information, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining patient privacy and security.
