As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creation, and routing as needed * Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval * Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed * Assisting the Admin Office Manager with various duties, such as data entry, document management, and administrative tasks **Physical Requirements** This role requires minimal physical activity, as you will be working in a stationary position for most of the working day. However, you may need to occasionally move about inside your home office to retrieve documents or equipment.
