Job Summary We're looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to provide essential support to our claims coordination unit. As a Data Entry Clerk - Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, follow-ups on missing information, and invoice reviews for claim processing. This is a part-time remote position that requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and efficient data entry of claims information into our claims management systems. Follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness. Compile reports from systems with claims information. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field. Technical Skills Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Typing skills with high accuracy and speed. Experience with claims management systems or similar software. Personal Qualities and Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
