Your primary responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat * Opening and submitting customer requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response * Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in I.T.
