You will also manage job portal notices, evaluate candidate applications, and analyze professional profiles to find the best talent for our open searches. Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our searches. Propose innovative alternatives to identify candidates, ensuring we stay ahead in the talent acquisition landscape. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, contributing to our continuous growth and efficiency. Manage notices on different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply, ensuring the best fit for our team. Analyze professional profiles on job portals for our open searches, utilizing your analytical skills to find top talent. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of proactivity, teamwork, and multitasking skills. Your attention to detail and analytical abilities will be crucial in delivering high-quality results.
