You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%) * Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%) * Ensure all calls within business hours are answered and handled appropriately while providing exceptionally high customer service to callers within company guidelines (10%) * Perform payment transactions and request payment from accounts reflecting a balance (10%) * Assist with clerical duties as needed, such as email, facsimile, etc. (10%) * Requires close supervision and guidance from the supervisor (10%) **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of medical revenue cycle experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in workflow systems and software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of medical revenue cycle experience * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CMC) * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in workflow systems and software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong customer service skills and a patient-centric approach * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
