We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Stock and Support Associate to join our Disney Springs team. As a key member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual presentation of our merchandise, supporting our sales floor, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Process inbound deliveries in a timely manner, prioritizing daily workload to ensure efficient stock management. Maintain proper organization and accessibility of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies. Develop and maintain knowledge of stock, including quantity, units on hand, and sales trends to inform visual merchandising and stock management decisions. Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day, adapting to changing sales floor demands. Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary, adhering to company pricing policies and procedures. Maintain overall cleanliness and organization standards on the selling floor, in the stockroom, and offsite/warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Audit compliance and achieve shrinkage goals, identifying and addressing potential causes of inventory discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing guests while supporting sales floor operations and cashiering or greeting customers as needed. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a retail industry as a stock associate or in a related role. High school degree preferred. Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration and communication among colleagues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with inventory management systems or visual merchandising. Familiarity with Kate Spade New York products or brand aesthetic. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with high customer traffic. Physical Requirements: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds. Standing for extended periods of time, with frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
