Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to adapt to different communication styles and customer needs.
