Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to card members via phone, chat, and email channels, ensuring prompt and personalized support. Handle a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Listen actively to card members' needs and concerns, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions to meet their needs. Educate card members on blithequark products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience and promote engagement. Utilize resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues, ensuring seamless communication. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets, driving continuous improvement. Requirements Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring effective communication with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to navigate complex inquiries effectively, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities, with a flexible and agile approach. Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, with a strong technical foundation. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to meeting performance targets.
