Join Our Dynamic Team as a Part Time Customer Service Agent – French We are currently seeking a highly skilled and fluent French-speaking Customer Support agent to join our shared team. As a successful candidate, you will also be required to be fluent in spoken English, allowing you to provide top-notch support to our clients' customers. The client group you will be joining is part of our shared group, which means you will receive comprehensive training on a second client and potentially other clients as needed. Key Responsibilities and Expectations In this exciting role, you will be expected to support customers across various channels, including calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, letters, and social media. Your primary objective will be to work closely with our clients to provide professional and efficient support to their customers, ensuring that all interactions are in line with contractual agreements. Your excellent customer service skills will be essential in assisting customers with their inquiries, advising them on products, and providing the best possible resolutions.
