Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexibility, working approximately 3-29 hours per week, with the opportunity to choose your shift within our specified times in CST. As a remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home office, utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide positive customer service and technical expertise.
